Whistler Air's pilots have accumulated over 30,000 hours of mountain and Coastal flying experience in South Western B.C.

Every 12 months, pilots are required to do in-depth recurrency training, aswell as a Transport Canada approved Pilot Competency Check (P.C.C.) in the Beaver and a Pilot Proficiency Check (P.P.C.) in the Otter.

In order to ensure the highest level and degree of proffesionalism and passenger safety, all pilot's have attended Transport Canada approved Pilot Decision Making (P.D.M.) training and Cockpit Resource management (C.R.M.) training.

In order to give you the most informed tour possible, pilot's are educated by a local Whistler Geologist about the valley's most recent ice age and it's perplexing volcanic formations. Go ahead, ask us why that alpine lake is so green, why that volcano has a flat top or why the glacial ice and sky is blue?
